HOME STAGING CONSULTATIONS

Verbal Home Staging Consultations -  Cost effective, quick and perfect for the do-it-yourself home seller!  We come to your home and walk through with you and give our professional assessment on what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. Both exterior and interior staging assessments will be made. Homeowners are encouraged to take notes and will get an expert's recommendations and a "buyer's eye view" of how your property shows. These consultations are available whether the home is occupied or vacant and generally take 2 hours to complete. Verbal home staging consultations with a Professional Home Stager start at $125 for the initial 2 hours and $50 for each additional hour.

Written Home Staging Consultations -  These detailed written reports provide you with the "blue print" you'll need to prepare your home for sale.  We start by coming to your home and meeting with you.  We then go from the front two corners of your property to the back two corners and all interior rooms.  With your permission, we take digital photos and notes.  After writing an extensive, detailed property staging report, typically over 15 pages with photos and all the recommendations necessary to prepare your home for sale, we return to review our report with you and answer any questions you may have.  Written consultations are available for occupied or vacant properties. The investment in a written home staging consultation starts at .15 cents  per square foot. 

OCCUPIED & VACANT PROPERTY STAGING

Occupied Property Staging -  Similar to a home staging consultation initially, we meet with you to explain the process and walk through your property; however no written report is required.  We take photos of each room to be staged and notes for further review to formulate our plan.  Upon our scheduled return using your furniture and accessories we prepare your home to show and sell!  Our team will repurpose and redesign your space to create the look that buyers want.  We can do as much or as little as you'd like.  Depending on the need and scope of the project, staging fees will vary. Vacant Property Staging - Vacant property? No problem. Vacants are our specialty!

Working with  National Furniture Rental Companies and an inventory of accessories and props from artwork to linens we transform a lifeless property into a home.  Vacant properties are especially difficult for buyers to visualize square footage and flow in. Vacant properties appear smaller in many cases due to a lack of a point of reference. With an excess of vacant homes currently on the market set your property apart from the competition!

Vacant property staging available for homes with square footage up to 5000 square feet and all price points under $800,000.

Investors we work with you too Several options to choose from including;

1. Rental furniture packages from National Furniture Rental Companies 2 & 3 month lease options, staging accessories & prop inventory and full staging service including delivery, set-up and destaging once sold.
2. Owner purchase of inventory to stage with and relocate from property to property once sold. We do the shopping and staging and you keep the inventory for future properties.
3. Key room and vignette staging for the budget conscious.
4. Property Consultations for the do-it-yourself client who prefers detailed recommendations on how to prepare to sell and stage the property themselves.
