Custom Home Builder Real Estate Marketing Plan

Project Description

Make Staging Part of Your Real Estate Marketing Plan

If you’re a Home Builder you may not think staging your newly built home is necessary in today’s red hot real estate market.  But staging should always be part of your real estate marketing plan.  That’s because staging helps your buyers see how spaces are used and creates a warmer atmosphere in otherwise open sterile spaces.  Think of home staging as the “frosting” on your beautifully built cake!

Just one of the many homes for sale in Allen, TX that we stage, this spacious five bedroom, five and a half bath custom-built home was staged to highlight its many wonderful features. It has a dedicated office, family room built-in shelving, a spacious master bedroom, a luxurious master bathroom, and a dream kitchen.  We go to great lengths to select just the right furniture and home accessories to fit the style of your home. Many of our accessories have been sourced around the nation, including one of our favorite hunting grounds, First Monday Trade Days, in Canton, Texas! For the office we used a few vintage collectibles to adorn the shelves.  Red accent pieces were all that was needed to show off the beauty of the kitchen.

Staging can help move your inventory faster and is less expensive than a price reduction.  And you don’t have to do a lot to help a prospective buyer fall in love with your home. One myth about home staging is that you need to decorate every room. Home staging is not about coming up with home decorating ideas to fill every room.  The goal of home staging is to show off the home, not the home decor.

So when you think through your real estate marketing plan, remember to include home staging. Contact us for a free phone estimate.
